Current favourites

I should have written this post earlier this week, but winter is back and I am feeling under the weather. Big time. Ugh. But today I was finally able to put some music, clean my room, and now do this. So let's get into it before my muse leaves me again!

At the end of February, while watching some youtubers' favourites videos, I realized that I had some things that could be interesting to share. They are a bit random to be honest 😂

Clothes
This autumn/winter/first days of spring I've been living on this outfit. I change the shoes from uggs, to Dr. Martens or converse depending on the weather and where I am going, but the rest is the same.
I got the sweatshirt last summer when I went to Primark for the first time ever (we don't have it where I live). I bought it just because at that time the girls from The Lineup were wearing some pieces with nasa logos, and I liked that trend (I've seen it a lot on instagram lately). It is a bit big for me, but so warm! I never thought that such an impulsive purchase would end up being this good haha
The jeans were a "gift". My cousin bought them for her, but she/they made a mistake with the sizes, and she gave them to me. They are from the brand Just Female (never heard of it until now. Probably because it is a bit expensive), and they are amazing! They are blue denim, but very dark (sometimes it looks black), and so soft and warm even though they aren't that thick! They also are very high waisted, which is the thing I like the most about them. I can wear them without a belt (something I can't normally do with jeans), and when you tuck your shirt onto them, it doesn't go anyway when you sit and then get up. That has saved my life everytime I've wore them to go watch my town's football team. No cold on my back! 😁 Bad thing about them: no pockets on the front, just tiny ones. And I need pockets!

Tv shows
I said to myself that this season I wasn't going to start new shows, remember? Not happening 😂
The new show I recently started is Riverdale. I read about it once on Just Jared and I was like meh... But then a friend started watching it, and she was loving it. Same as the cousin I mentioned earlier. She says it is the perfect mix of drama and mistery. So I gave it a try, and it has become on one of my favourite shows right now, because I barely pay attention to my phone while watching it 😂
So far, I think my favourite character is Veronica. Because we share name? Probably. But she also gives some some Blair Waldford vibes I've missed a lot. The rest... they are ok. But Archie and Betty look like Stefan Salvatore and Sharpay Evans little siblings. Especially him!

Music
Regarding music, there isn't anything new. I keep listening to the same djs while I wait for 30 Seconds to Mars to release new music. My current favourite songs are from Calvin Harris and Martin Garrix. Oh surprise!! 😂 Calvin's new song, "Slide", puts me on such a good mood! And "Scared to be lonely" isn't doesn't make me scream while singing like "In the name of love", but I still love it.
Besides those songs, I've also been loving MTV Dance, the tv channel. I watch it through satellite signal (I believe it is French), and I put it while doing other things, like washing the dishes. So far, no casualties while dancing and cleaning 😂

Food
This a bit random, but I am living my childhood again through cookies 😂
The first ones are called "galletas príncipe", and they have chocolate. I've been eating them since I was a kid, and they are sooooo good! Everytime I want to eat something and don't know why, I eat one of those. The others are called "dinosaurus". I've also been eating them since I was a kid, and they are what I eat most days during this meal we have in Spain called "merienda" (between lunch and dinner). There is one, that has like little dots, and I've always found it tastier than the rest when they are all made of the same. I am weird, ok? 😜 And a little tip: if you eat them, have something to dring close to you.
I don't know if you can buy them outside Spain, but if you can't, you are missing amazingly good cookies.

Fitness
And last but not least, something to burn those cookies haha: yoga. I never thought I would be into it, but I tried it because my back and neck hurted a lot (I still don't know how to do crunches), and it has been amazing. I've been doing these beginners videos for a month now, and I've noticed such a big difference! My back doesn't hurt as much as before, especially the day before I do my work outs, and I feel more flexible!
I try to do this routine everyday, and the days I also do pilates, once I've finished. It is the best way to stretch and calm your muscles. At first I got bored while doing it, because I am too used to my pilates videos where you don't stop moving and there is music playing, but once I saw the results, I learnt to like it.
This video is just part 1. Here you can check 2 and 3
