Favourite Street Style Looks (July)

I remember seeing a lot of denim on the magazines this past month, it was one of the biggest trends. And according to my favourite looks from July, it has been a big trend indeed. I also feel like July has been like a little Alexa Chung comeback. We've had a lot of candids from her, and I love that! She is one of my favourites.

Alexa Chung

 Anna Ewers                                                                  Asley James
(I don't know who she is, but I love her outfit)

Ashley Benson                                                                         Ashely Tisdale

Gigi Hadid                                                                           Ashley Tisdale

Alexa Chung

Hailee Steinfeld                                                                           Olivia Palermo

Maria Sharapova                                                                         Dakota Johnson

Kendall Jenner
These two looks are my favourites of the month. The shirt on the left is amazing.
Miranda Kerr

Alicia Vikander                                                                   Dakota Fanning

Sophie Turner

Just finished: Outlander Season 2 (Contains spoilers)

This week I finally finished watching season 2 of "Outlander". In general I feel a bit disappointed with it. This season was part in Paris and part in Scotland, and after watching some photos from the filming and some promos, I was expecting a lot from the Parisian plot. But it ended up being boring. There were good things, but still... The part in Scotland wasn't entertaining either. The best thing was the season finale. So many questions!

- In Paris
The backgrounds and Claire's dresses were as good as I expected. All the gardens and rooms were amazing, and Claire's red dress... breathtaking.

Jamie's plot was pretty boring, and I feel like it shouldn't have to be like that. He was at court, minglin with the most important men, and it was a bit meh. I expected more schemes, lies and secrets, but the only thing that entertained me was the King and his problem to go to the bathroom. Can you imagine having a lot of noble men looking at you while you are on the toilet? xD

On the other hand, Claire's plot was more interesting. Her kind of rivalry with the Comte St. Germain, her friendship with Raymond and Mary, her work at L'Hôpital des Anges, losing her baby... Besides the season finale, the episode about her miscarriage (the after) probably was the best of the season. Caitriona was AMAZING. Hands down (Did you know that she used to be a model and that she worked for very important brands like Chanel? I was shocked when I found out!)

Another thing from their time in Paris. They changed the intro, and the lyrics were in French. And I didn't like it. I feel like the English version is more powerful. Maybe because I understand the words? xD The thing is that with the English version I always end up singing, it motivates me a lot, but the French version...

- In Scotland
I must admit that, even though the part in Scotland is the one I have more recent, I don't remember much of it xD I remember Jamie trying to form an army and doing things differently to change history, Angus death (such a pity... I really liked him), the mini heart-attack they gave us when Fergus didn't show up (he was another good thing from Paris, I forgot to mention him earlier)...

And then the season finale. When I saw how long it was, my first thought was: "Ok, this is gonna be about the battle, and knowing how the season has been, it is gonna be boring. You need to be on the right mood to watch it". But it actually was very entertaining! There were a lot of time jumps, and I think they deal pretty well with them. You didn't get lost on the story.
The part in the future was very interesting. I really liked seeing how places where Claire had been in the past had changed through the years. It was so well done!
One thing that I didn't realized until Claire saw it was that Gillian Edgars was actually Geillis Duncan. At first I thought she was someone who looked like her and that would help Claire tell the truth to her daughter. I make theories when they are no needed xD

From the past, the more interesting thing was discovering why and how Claire went back to her time. I was looking forward to it since we saw on the first episode that she was back.
And the cliffhanger. At the end of this season, Brianna (Claire and Jamie's daughter) believes her mother's story after seeing Gillian/Gillies dissapear in Craigh na Dun. Then she tells her mother that Jamie survived at Culloden. And Claire wants to go back. The end.

I am sure we all thought the same things after that scene: Is Brianna going with her and meet her father? If they go back... when will the appear? After the battle? 20 years after? I don't think those stones work as precisely as the TARDIS does xD
And one doubt I have... I remember that in season 1 Frank saw someone that looked like Jamie outside their house. Did Jamie also travell through time? Was it something important that we'll see in the next season?

So those are my thoughts about season 2. Though I really enjoyed the last episode and I am looking forward to season 3, in general it was boring and a bit dissapointing. "Outlander" isn't one of my favourite shows, but I enjoyed watching season 1 and expected a similar level. Now I am thinking about reading the books. I think here we don't have to wait for years as with "A Song of Ice and Fire" xD

Can I have your wardrobe? | Lucy Hale

From time to time I am gonna write a post sharing with you some of the people I always look up when looking for inspiration when I don't know what to wear. People whose wardrobe I would love to have or share. My style icons you could say.

The first one I am talking about is Lucy Hale. She is an American actress and singer best known for playing Aria Montgomery on "Pretty Little Liars".
From all the "liars" (that's how they call the actress from the show), I think she is my favourite one. Her character is not my favourite one, and her music (she sings country music) is not my thing, but I really really like her street style.
It is edgy, rockish, and with some country/boho touches. I love that she wears a lot of hats (I LOVE hats). When it comes to red carpets, I normally don't like what she wears. But her hairstyles are 90% of the time on point. I follow her hairdresser on instagram and everything she posts is hair goals.

Here are some of my favourite outfits of her from the past years. Hope you like them!

The boots. Both pairs. I need them.

Two of my favourite outfits. Not only from Lucy. Love them.

I wore the outfit on the left today but with some leather sandals. Lovely.

The outfit on the right is PER-FECT (Yes, I imagined Liam Payne while writing that xD).

The boots are ugly as hell, but oh well...

#tbt: Comic-Con 2015

Is that time of the year again. That time when you wish you were rich so you could go to San Diego, to Comic-Con, and have the best weekend ever surronded by your favourite actors and actresses. But we are not that lucky. We are at home, checking tumblr and feeling like Sheldon.

To celebrate Comic-Con, I am doing a throwback Thursday like the ones people do on instagram, and sharing with you some of my favourite moments from last year according to my tumblr's archive. Let the #tbt begin!

Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who) being the cutest cutie pie ever (and her hair was goals). Clara and Amy (Karen Gillan), are my favourite companions. And I haven't finished season 9. But because they aren't coming back until 2017 (I think), I still have time to catch up.

My Queen, Natalie Dormer. She looked gorgeous. And I think this year she is not attending :(

Same Sophie. Same.

"Vikings" cast and Lagertha at season 4 promo. Can they please come back with season 4b already? Please?

First look of Jared Leto as The Joker. Some cast members did a little appereance last year... I hope he goes this year.

The moon of my life. Grant Gustin (the Flash). Isn't he the cutest?

Stephen Amell (Arrow) singing a version of "The Little Mermaid" as his daughter. Amazing xD

And that's it! I hope you liked them, and let's hope this year we have more great moments!
