My top 5 female characters (tv show edition)

This post should have been about the Game of Thrones teaser, but it was so bad that there is nothing to say. I hope they give us a decent trailer.

Anyways, let's focus on today's actual post: my top 5 female characters from a tv show. We' ll start from "least" favourite to my queen as I call her.

5. Regina Mills (The Evil Queen) -- Once Upon A Time
She is one of the reasons why I still watch the show. Her character probably is the one who has evolved the most. She started being a villian, a really bad one, and throught the seasons we have been able to see her change, evolve, and become a hero (Though she still has that evil spark that doesn't make her a dull and kind of "stupid" character as happens with others on the show). I just hope they give her her happy ending, because she has suffered a lot (A LOT), and she deserves it. 

4. Aurora de Martel -- The Originals
Aurora is one of the new characters in season 3, and she is so good! Well, she is good at being bad xD She is not just a pretty face. As we saw on the latest episode, she is really clever, she knows how to play the game. (Not like others, right Cami?). It is true that she is a bit crazy, but I love that. You don't know what she can be capable of! And the way the actress plays her is perfect. Great job!

3. Catherine de Medici -- Reign
She probably is the best character on the show (and so is the actress). At first you don't like her. She is a bit rough with Mary, and you see her as the "villian". But once you get to know the character, you realize why she is the way she is. Catherine is such a intelligent and strong woman! She is a royal who has survived in a foreign country, surronded by men who don't take her seriously because she is a woman (and a foreigner)... And well, she has done more than survive. She has won everybody's respect. I love seeing her plot and scheme, it's one of the best things of the show (and when you don't ship anyone or your ship is dead, it's the only interesting thing). During the last season she has teamed up with Mary and it has been both amazing and really funny. The show is not historical accurate, but people who know about history and get really annoyed with the show say that she is the best, so...

2. Margaery Tyrell -- Game of Thrones
I must admit that the main reason why I like Margaery is because she is played by my favourite actress, Natalie Dormer. But, if we ignore that, I think Margaery is an interesting character. On the books we don't know much about her, and on the show they have done a great job. You may think that she is just a very pretty girl, but oh boy. She is strong and really clever (she has her grandmother skills), and she knows how to play the "game of thrones". Right now she isn't in the best position, but I am confident she'll fix it. You know, she doesn't want to be queen. She wants to be THE queen.

1. Lagertha -- Vikings
Lagertha has always been my favourite character on "Vikings". She is the queen. La puta ama as we say around here. Strong, fierce, intelligent, beautiful... She has everything (even the best hairdresser), and I just love her. That's all I have to say.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow. Why do I like it?

At the beginning of the week I introduced you to the "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" characters, and today I am talking a bit about the show. 
Because my muse is gone and don't know how to start, I thought I would give you my opinions with a tag I made myself by choosing questions from others. It is something different, but I think it can work out. Let's begin!

• How did you discovered the show?

As I said on my first post, it is kind of an spin off of "Arrow" and "The Flash". I watch those two shows ("The Flash" is my favourite by far), and when I read that they were doing another show with some of their characters, I decided to give a try. 

• What was your first initial thought of the show and did it change after watching it?

I really liked the trailer, but because they sometimes look totally different from the actual show, I doubted a bit. But the pilot was as good as the trailer.

• Who is your favourite character?

Leonard Snart. By far. He is one of the bad guys, but he is so cool! He has some of the best lines on the show, and that sassy touch he has... Love it. He also is played by Wentworth Miller, aka Michael Scofield from "Prison Break". I loved him and the show. I still remember the day I watched the last episode (I cried like an idiot xD). I even had a poster of Wentworth on my room for years. I had such a crush. 

I also like Sara (White Canary) and Rip Hunter. When Sara was on "Arrow", I thought she was a bit annoying, but it seems that actually dying and coming back has changed her xD 

And Rip is played by Arthur Darvill, also known as Rory Williams on "Doctor Who". And here is when my inner fangirl shows up. "Doctor Who" is about a time traveller. Arthur player one of the Doctor's companions. And now he is a time traveller himsel on another show. Look how much he has improved!

• Who is your least favourite character?

Hawkgirl and Hawkman. They have an interesting story, but meh...

• Who is your crush on the show?

It is too soon to tell, but Rip's British accent is lovely.

• If you were to be a character, who would you choose?

There only are two female characters on the show, and they both have suffered a lot, so I wouldn't choose any of them. Sara has a really thought background, and Kendra... Having a crazy inmortal guy following you through time and killing you and you loved one over and over again... Not funny. 

• Do you watch it when it airs or do you DVR/TiVo it?

I watch it the next day it airs by using some not so legal ways. But it is not my fault! If I have to wait until they broadcast it here, I might die waiting.

• Who do you ship?

During the pilot, there were something between Snart and Sara, but he is not her type.

• Which one of the characters would you like to meet?

Martin Stein. Because he is friends with Flash and I love Barry to the moon and back? Probably. But I also think he is a really clever guy who can give great advice.

• If you could meet any one of the actors, who would you like to meet?

Wentworth Miller (Snart), one of my teenage crushes, and Arthur Darvill. I can see myself asking him everything about "Doctor Who".

DC's Legends Of Tomorrow. Who are they?

I should have written and posted this post last week, but things happened. Plus, it was the carnival, and even though I didn't got dressed, I socialized a bit. Now onto the post.

A couple of weeks ago premiered "DC's Legends of Tomorrow", another superheroes show, yep. It is kind of like a spin off from the "The Flash" and "Arrow", and it so good! I mean, Rory Williams being a time traveller?!?! That's gold for a fangirl like myself! I'll explain this later on another post.

Quoting imdb, "Legends of Tomorrow" focuses on time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter, who has to recruit a rag-tag team of heroes and villains to help prevent an apocalypse that could impact not only Earth, but all of time.

Because all characters except Rip Hunter are from "The Flash" and "Arrow", you may be a bit lost if you haven't watched them. But don't worry! I am here to help you with a little guide of each character. I am gonna try not to spoil too much, but with some characters there has to be spoilers.

• Ray Palmer (The Atom)

Ray is a character from "Arrow". He is a scientist who, after the murder of her fiancé, decides to build a super suit to fight crime. While working on his suit to make it shrink, it explodes and so does part of the building where he was. Everybody thinks he is dead, but the thruth is that his experiment worked and now he can shrink. That's the reason why nobody could find him, he was really small. After team Arrow discovers that he is alive, he helps them fight HIVE by using his new ability. 

• Sara Lance (White Canary)

Sara is another character from "Arrow". She was on the same boat as Oliver Queen when he disappeared. Everybody thought she was dead, but just as Ray, she wasn't! She was rescued by The League of Assassins, and they trained her to be a killer. After leaving them, she goes back to her home, Starling City, to fight crime with the Arrow as Black Canary. After a while she leaves the city, and her sister Laurel takes her place. Then Sara comes back again, and she is murdered. But, because almost nobody in this show stays dead, she is resurrected, becoming now the White Canary.

• Jefferson Jackson and Professor Martin Stein (Firestorm)

These two come from "The Flash". Stein was affected by the explosion of the particle acelerator that gave Flash his powers. In his case, he merged with someone else, Ronnie Raymond, and they became Firestorm. At the end of season 1, Ronnie dies after saving Central City, but Stein still is alive. He stays with team Flash, helping them fight metahumans, but they soon discover that he can't live without someone else to merge with. After searching for a match, they found Jefferson, an ex-football player who had to quit his career after the explosion. 

• Carter Hall and Kendra Saunders (Hawkman and Hawkgirl)

They also come from "The Flash", and they are the reincarnation of a prince and a priestess from the ancient Egypt. They were killed by the bad guy on "Legends of Tomorrow", Vandal Savage. They have reincarnated through history, finding each other and falling in love. They are meant to be. But, on each reincarnation, Savage finds them and kills them. Again. Everytime he succeeds, he kind of absorves their lives. That allowes him to stay inmortal.

• Leonard Snart and Mick Rory (Captain Cold and Heat Wave)

They are the "villians" of the team, and they were the bad guys on "The Flash", though we have seen that, at least Snart, has a heart. They have two guns (one that freezes anything and is the only one that can stop Flash, and one that burns), and they basically do robberies. 

I would talk about Rip Hunter, but he explains his story on the first episode, so it's a bit pointless.

Favourite Streestyle Looks (January 2016)

At the end of each month, most people talk about the things they have liked during that time. It can be beauty things, music, places, films... 

I wanted to do something similar, but because I don't normally try new things and I don't do much in my daily basis, I thought that each month I could show you my favourite streetstyle outfits, casual looks that I would wear if I had an interesting social life.

This month there is a lot of black, (if you check my wardrobe that is what you are gonna see the most) and jackets are the main piece. My favourites are Karlie's, Chlöe Grace's (the second one), and Gigi's. And my favourite outfit has to be Elle's. Leather jacket + black dress + sneakers = perfection.
